Proposal to Hoteliers


To promote a limited number of luxury venues on a short term contract basis to corporate meetings/golf day organisers in London and the surrounding area, using my personal contacts gained over many years in the conference and incentive industry, in addition to cold-calling new contacts. My contacts include both direct clients, conference placement agencies and incentive houses. At any one time I will represent approximately 6 venues in the role of a BDM for the venue or to supplement their existing sales team.


  • Started McMaster Business Development Ltd in March 2012 and currently represent Hartwell House, Careys Manor Hotel & Senspa, Old Thorns and Gravetye Manor. Other properties I have represented are Stapleford Park for five and a half years, Wasing Park for four years, Bovey Castle and Danesfield House for two and a half years, Great Fosters and Foxhills for two years, Ardencote Manor for eighteen months, Mallory Court for one year, Gravetye Manor, Aviator and Down Hall nine months each.
  • I moved on from Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, part of the Elite Hotels group, in November 2011 after two years as Sales Manager and promoted all four properties in the group.
  • I was employed as BDM at South Lodge Hotel, part of the Exclusive Hotels group, for five years where I again promoted all four properties in the group.
  • I launched the boutique hotel, The Brew House Hotel in Tunbridge Wells to the local corporate market.
  • My career before starting a family was in the high end incentive market where I dealt direct with senior Directors of major international companies, arranging their events predominantly overseas but also some in the UK.
