After studying French and German at university my career started with the large corporate, ITT Europe in Brussels. Since that time I have worked in the hospitality industry in a variety of roles, initially for a tour operator in European ski resorts and campsites before taking on the position of Contracting Manager.  A brief stint with a global adventure holiday operator followed before I joined what was my main pre-children career with The Travel Organisation (now BI  Worldwide) – a global marketing and events agency where I arranged high level corporate events in some of the World’s loveliest venues often for major international companies.

After starting a family I was very fortunate to discover Exclusive hotels where I worked for five very happy years as a Sales Manager and again more recently enjoyed two years with Elite hotels.

I started McMaster Business Development Ltd ten years ago and counting!!
