Privacy Policy

I, Pat McMaster at McMaster Business Development Ltd am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all my clients and visitors to my website. Please see the information below on how I handle your data.

My hotel representation, McMaster Business Development Ltd, values my relationship with my clients greatly and I want to reassure all my clients that I store my database of their contact details very securely on my home computer and protected by Norton 360. My privacy policy details exactly what I do with any information logged on this database. Please see below for full details.

As I work as a salesperson for all the venues and companies in my portfolio, I send them a weekly emailed report of the saleswork I have carried out on their behalf and attach an ACT report of my notes made from the meetings I have had that week plus emails sent and phone calls made. This report does NOT include client telephone numbers or email addresses. All these notes are kept in my ACT database on my home computer, along with client telephone numbers and email addresses, all of which is Norton 360 protected. I started my company in March 2012 which is when I started using my ACT database. The information I have collected since then is stored on this database and is updated every time I contact a client and remains there as I hope to have a long relationship with all of my clients, or is changed to the person who replaces my contact should they leave the company. This is of course unless a client asks me to remove them from my database.

When someone visits my website  I use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  Information collected using Google Analytics is collected anonymously and you will not be identified by it.
